Bad service, bad food. They take forever. When you’re dining in as well as when you’re in the drive through. Don’t recommend if you don’t feel like waiting 2 hours.

called about holidays menu Manager Susie said that they don't have any specials for holidays I bought one last year from the same restaurant she hung up on me I called back and was hung up again on. So I called the Corporate office filed a complaint this manager should be Fired !!!!!

The food was great and customer service was excellent. Cesar went above and beyond in his customer service and looked like he was the only one running the show at the restaurant inside and drive through while all other workers were looking busy and having sit down break meetings when Cesar could have used some help. Thank you Cesar for an exceptional food service experience!

It was my first and last time here. I ordered ribs, Cesar salad and fries. Had to split my ribs with other person because it was the wortest ribs in my life. Salad was frozen from the middle to the bottom, just salad, souce and cheese, no bread crumbs or else. And on top of this in my last fry I found the hair (see pics). Never come back here and not recommend you spend your time and money. I lost over 30$ for horrible experience.

Very well organised and accessible spot. They offer large portions and for economical rates. We liked the food a lot and the staff members were super personal and explanatory. I recommend this place.

Tried the new sandwiches, the Cuban and the one with the dipping sauce. My husband and I get two and cut them in half then trade half of each sandwich so we can try both. Nice people as the wait staff.

It was noon .& there were no cars. We thought they were closed. They weren't. The food was very good. The service, not so much. We had to ask for utensils to get condiments. Also after standing at the register for several minutes we had to go ask if they would come & take our money. The way the sauces are arranged is not good. I am 5'4" and could barely reach the one in the back.

We ordered from the Dickies Catering menu for our Saturday lunch to feed our team here at the Hopper Motorplex and we were very happy with our experience. The order process was very easy, the team over at Dickies took great care of us, and they had our order ready in no time. The food was Great and the Manager Bobby even went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The staff over at our local Dickies here in McKinney are amazing. We definitely recommend them for your catering needs.

Your welcome only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was because the guy cutting the meat had on gloves which was good until he touched the counter the door to the smoker I guess then grabbed the brisket with the same gloves...Please invest in a Clamp to grab the meat NOT with contaminated gloves.

When it comes to fast food BBQ Dickey's is the way to go. The food is always consistent in quality so you know what you're going to get. Being a chain, Dickey's will never beat stand alone places like Hutchins, but if you want decent fast BBQ you can't go wrong

Beyond rude, completely ignored me for a solid 20 minutes. I kid you not it has been 20 minutes if being completely ignored. Young black lady manager just chilling.

Food was pretty good and the staff was friendly and helpful

If you do takeout make sure you CHECK every container! I saw him cut the regular sausage but SURPRISE that's not what I got. Oh & I live an HOUR away so that's not going to be fixed before dinner! So thanks especially since NONE of us likes the cheese-sausage. $50 for 1/2 of my order that won't be eaten. So disappointed!!

Brisket is dry and ends are tough. Received a hard as a rock over cooked bun. Finally got a new one and extra when I was almost done eating. No mayo? BBQ sauce is burned into container and barely any in there to get half a cup for our dinner. First impressions are everything so I won’t come back here. There’s one in NRH that’s awesome!Second star is for good looking guys that work here.

I eat at Dickey's as often as I can and enjoy the food and atmosphere, but on this occasion I ate at the McKinney restaurant on I - 75 and unfortunately was served by Corey who was impatient and rude as if he was in a hurry and had something better to do. By the way, me and my son were the only patrons in the building. However, L. C did come over and apologize for his behavior and I want to thank her.

We were. Looking for a Dickey's BBQ restaurant close to us and this was the one. When we arrived we thought it was closed cause we didn't see any cars. So we left and then saw cars on the other side so we went back and they were open. Guess it was a so day. (Sunday) Anyway, the food was absolutely delicious. The cashier he was very nice. We will definitely be returning.

Food is pretty good here, as expected but wish the place was a bit cleaner. It never gets better.

The pulled pork sandwich and cold beer was exactly what was needed on a hot, global pandemic, Saturday afternoon!

Y'all dropped tonight. I could only eat 1/2 of my chopped beef sandwich. The beef was full of fat. I couldn't eat it. I've been coming here for about 3 years with no complaints. Really disappointed.

It was good. If you don't want to go inside for BBQ, and in the area, give them a try. When good, it's good. Pass on their Mac and cheese.

Customer service is not good here young black lady behind counter acts like she is too good to work there. And food portion size is small I got a refund didnt like the idea of getting ripped off. No wonder the place is always empty.

We enjoyed the food and the entire experience. Staff is very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Thumbs Up!!

The last 3 times coming to this Dickies has just been a horrible experience. First time we came, and mind you we always get the Family pack. The first time we picked up 2 pounds of sliced brisket, well when we got home the meat was 35% fat. Next time we came all of us wanted ribs and it was 3pm, they said they were sold out and what they had left was dried up. And then today we came and they were out of 50% of their sides. This place needs new management that makes sure that food is ready at all times.

Tonight's trip was a dismal failure. The cook was rude. Ricky the cashier was a star. My order was shorted. Everything was cold. Manager wasn't that interested in hearing what I had to say. Won't be back.

Service was awesome. And I would definitely come back for a meal.

Food is delicious because it’s Dickey’s. But I’ve repeatedly dealt with incompetent staff. Tired of babysitting my order every time I come here and having to run back inside over forgotten items. Ive never left a bad review in my life but this drives me nuts because I Love Dickey’s but will be going to spring creek from now on. Owner would benefit from cleaning house

I'm new to this restaurant and I love it! I have had the rib plate twice in the last 2 weeks. Food was awesome both times and the people are nice and friendly. I wish I could take you with me back to Florida. 😁

Pretty good BBQ, set just off the access road on 75. Hard to get in and out.
